Starting monthly fee · one business entity

What counts as a transaction? Each posted deposit, withdrawal, purchase, fee or credit on a bank or credit card statement counts as one transaction across all included accounts. Each side of a transfer counts toward volume, but transfers are not treated as income or expenses. Bank-feed duplicates are not counted twice.

Fees depend on both transaction volume and account count. More than 500 transactions, additional accounts, multiple entities or complex activity receive a custom quote. Software subscriptions, catch-up and cleanup work, tax preparation and filing, payroll, bill payment, invoicing and inventory accounting are not included in these monthly packages. Any scope or fee change is discussed before it applies.

A few useful answers

Before we begin.

Can we work together entirely remotely?

Yes. We coordinate accounting access, document sharing and questions remotely. You don't need to visit an office to receive monthly accounting support.

What if my books are behind?

Start with a conversation. Catch-up or cleanup work is assessed and quoted separately before ongoing monthly service begins.

What if I have more accounts than my plan includes?

Both account count and transaction volume affect the work involved. Additional accounts or complex activity receive a custom quote, even if transaction volume falls within a listed tier.

Are payroll and tax returns included?

No. These packages cover ongoing business accounting, reconciliation and financial reports. Payroll services and tax preparation or filing are not included.

How do you decide which plan fits?

We review your recent statements, account count and accounting needs. If activity changes, we'll discuss any adjustment to scope and fees with you in advance.
